Pros- This is a great location. Safe, clean, quiet and right off the highway, but far enough it ain’t loud. Also these are pictures of the updated suite I stayed in with balcony view facing front roundabout Cons- breakfast suck lol, hard pancakes, coffee was brutal so don’t book based on that. Also only 2 “larger” towels in the room, which is weird if you are staying as a couple, plus if you do a longer stay they do your room every other day.. so that sucks with 2 people. Lastly, the king bed.. was bad… I hope they are changing them down the line. After all that, to be open and honest this is a 4-4.3 all day hotel. Plus check out was 12 noon so that was nice!

Location is 10/10. Right off the highway but no highway noise which is nice. Hotel is beautiful, and stayed in an updated suite which was very very nice. Stayed on a Friday night and it was really quiet. Went down for the breakfast in the morning and it was not good. Coffee wasn’t great, they had a small selection, and the pancake I had was literally hard. The packet of hot chocolate was the highlight of the meal. Bed was probably one of the worst hotel beds I’ve ever had, but the pillows were great.

Great location quiet and peaceful, the staff was friendly and nice. The rooms look amazing they put me in a new pent house suite and it had 2 balconies. Great hotel for a good night's rest and in a beautiful location. I definitely recommend.

I want to commend a few front desk people. First and foremost, Ken on nightshift. I had an internet issue and mentioned it to him in passing, and he took it upon himself to call the help desk and open a ticket for me to get it resolved. Thank you very much Ken. Second is I'd like to thank Ross and Lisa ? Who enabled me to switch rooms early in my stay without it being a hassle. Thank you to all of Date of stay: January 2024

I stay here frequently for work and have been just astounded by the staff's level of service. Ken, who wears many hats and often works the front desks overnight, has gone above and beyond to help me in desperate travel chaos moments (cancelled flights, rooms, etc), all while I was juggling a serious health condition. Recently, by helping me move to an accommodating room & checking in on me during my stay, he made me feel so at ease during a rather scary time. Thank you Ken!

Clean rooms. But you guys need to really address the breakfast quality. Horrible!! Powdered eggs and the sausage is nothing more than ground up pork knuckles. It is the worst quality breakfast ever. Super disappointing. If anything you need to invest money into proper food.
